Shipping Information

At Okie Soft Play, we work hard to provide fast, dependable shipping on our complete selection of soft play equipment, modular toddler fence panels, bouncy hopper animals, balance boards, rubber ducks, and children's play accessories. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Oklahoma warehouse to customers throughout the United States.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a product requires additional handling or is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Many products qualify for competitive flat-rate shipping, while oversized items, multiple-package shipments, or larger commercial orders may require custom freight pricing.

Large & Bulk Orders

We regularly ship orders for daycares, preschools, schools, churches, indoor playgrounds, event companies, and soft play rental businesses. Larger orders containing multiple fence panel sets or commercial quantities may ship by LTL freight. If you need a shipping quote before ordering, please contact our team.

Delivery Area

We currently ship throughout the continental United States. If you need delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or another destination, please contact us before placing your order so we can review available shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. If you have questions about your shipment, estimated delivery date, or order status, our Oklahoma customer support team is happy to help.
