Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

To start a return, contact us at chris@softplaystore.com. Self-service returns are also available through your customer account. While we can help arrange return shipping, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Okie Soft Play will deduct return shipping fees from the refund amount.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) address will be provided upon approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Costs and Fees:

  • Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages, defects, or incorrect items. Damages must be reported within 10 days to qualify for a no-cost replacement. Do not return damaged items without contacting us first — replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for custom orders, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item’s eligibility.

Exchanges:

To exchange, return the original item. Once processed and approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card provider. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved.
