Our equipment is optimized for indoor soft-play zones. Inflatable hoppers and rubber ducks work outside under supervision, but fence panels shouldn’t remain in direct sunlight or rain for extended periods.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Oklahoma warehouse within 1–2 business days.
How long is delivery?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days nationwide. Tracking emails go out automatically.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
U.S. only at the moment. For international pallet or container freight, please contact us.
Assembly & Cleaning
Are tools required?
Fence panels snap together—no tools. Hoppers include an air pump; inflation takes ~2 minutes.
How do I clean Okie Soft Play products?

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging (buyer pays return freight unless defective).
