Are your products certified?
Yes. All Okie Soft Play products are CPC certified and tested to meet ASTM F963 standards for child safety. We are also registered as a Small Batch Manufacturer with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Can okie soft play fence products be used outdoors?
Our products are designed for indoor use, though some like the inflatable hoppers and rubber ducks may be used outside under supervision. Fence panels should not be left in sunlight or exposed to rain for long periods.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Oklahoma. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
How long is delivery?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. For international or wholesale freight requests, please contact us directly.
Assembly & Cleaning
Are tools required?
Our Okie Soft Play fence panels snap together without tools. Inflatable hoppers come with an air pump. Setup takes just minutes.
How do I clean Okie Soft Play products?
Most items can be wiped down with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners or bleach. For ducks and hoppers, rinse and air dry after use.

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused products in original packaging. Buyers cover return shipping unless the product is defective.
